Skills teach an agent how to do a particular kind of task the right way every time. Where a Connector gives an agent access to an external system, a Skill gives it know-how: the steps, format, and standards for a repeatable job.

Build once, reuse everywhere

Build a skill once (for example, how your team formats a weekly report or reviews a document) and any agent can use it. Everyone gets the same consistent output.

Skills can be kept to yourself or shared with your workspace, so a standard you define is applied the same way by every agent that uses it.
