Formerly known as Samvaad, the product is now called Voice Agents.
For a while, you couldn’t sign up directly for Voice Agents. It ran in production alongside enterprises, shipped by our forward-deployed engineers on real calls, at scale. Every hard problem a voice agent hits in the wild, we hit first: messy telephony lines, code-mixed speech, callers who interrupt, languages that switch mid-sentence, and flows that have to hold up across thousands of concurrent calls.
That taught us what a voice-agent stack really needs to get right.
Why we’re opening it up
Over the last few months, something kept happening. More and more teams came to us wanting to build voice agents, and the same gap kept showing up: there was no platform that solved this well for Indian businesses and developers who weren’t at enterprise scale but needed a quick, reliable way to get to production without writing a bunch of code. The tooling that existed assumed you had a team of engineers to wire up UIs, stitch together models, and babysit orchestration code.
So we spent the last few months turning what we had built into something ready for you.

We made the hard choices so you don’t have to, and as the paradigms for orchestrating these models have shifted, the stack has moved with them, so your agents keep improving as the models underneath them do.
