Do Not Disturb (DND)

The DND list — opened from the button at the top-right of the Campaigns page — is an org-wide suppression list. Any number on it is excluded from every outbound campaign in your org, so you can honour opt-outs across all your campaigns in one place.

Add numbers manually, in bulk, or through the DND API. Numbers added via the API also appear in this list.

Calling compliance is your responsibility. Make sure you have consent to call each contact and that your list respects Do Not Disturb (DND) and any local telemarketing regulations. Non-compliant dialing can get your numbers blocked and may carry legal risk.
