Invite your team
People are invited at the organisation level, and as part of the invite you choose which workspaces they get access to. So if different people should work on different things, put them in different workspaces rather than creating a new organisation for each team.
Only an organisation Owner can invite, edit, or remove members. If you are a Member the Invite User button is disabled, with the tooltip “Only org owners can invite users”. This is enforced by the API, not just hidden in the UI.
Invite someone
Open the members page
Go to Settings → Organisation → Members. The table lists everyone in the organisation with their role, status, workspaces, and join date.
The invite dialog does not offer a role choice — every invited person starts as an organisation Member with Editor access to the selected workspaces. If you need someone to be an Owner, or need a different workspace role, invite them first and then change it (see below).
Member statuses
Change someone’s role or workspaces
An organisation must keep at least one Owner. The last Owner cannot be demoted or removed — the option is not offered.
Workspace roles (Admin, Editor, Viewer) are managed per workspace under Settings → Workspace → Members.
Revoke a pending invitation
Open the … menu on the pending row and click Revoke invitation. The invite link stops working. To invite the person again, send a fresh invite.
Remove a member
Open the … menu on an active row and click Remove. They lose access to the organisation and all of its workspaces immediately.
Removing someone does not revoke API keys they created. Keys belong to the workspace, not to the person, and keep working after they leave. If they had access to a key you consider sensitive, rotate it under API Keys.
Inviting a lot of people at once
The invite dialog handles one person at a time. If you are onboarding a large group, contact us — bulk invites can be done for you rather than one by one.
Troubleshooting
The Invite User button is greyed out
You are an organisation Member, not an Owner. Ask an Owner to send the invite, or to promote you. You can confirm your own role under Settings → Organisation → General, in the Role field.
They never received the invite email
Check the Members page first — if their row says Pending, the invite exists and the problem is delivery. Ask them to check spam, and confirm the address on the row is correct. If it is wrong, revoke the invitation and send a new one to the right address.
They accepted but cannot see anything
They are in the organisation but have no workspace access, or access to a workspace with nothing in it. Edit the user and confirm the Workspaces list matches what they should see.
They cannot create API keys
API key creation needs sufficient access to the workspace. Check their workspace role under Settings → Workspace → Members — a Viewer is read-only.
