Knowledge Base Metadata Fields
You can now define your own metadata fields on a knowledge base, such as department, year or document type, and fill in the values for each file as you upload it. Mark a field as required, limit it to a list of allowed values, or make it filterable, then change the definitions later from the Fields tab. Every file’s values show up in the file table and in the preview pane. See Knowledge Bases.
