Configure organization-level policies and access control for Voice Agents.

Typical policy controls include who can create agents, deploy to production numbers, view recordings/transcripts, and manage secrets. Exact policy options depend on your org plan, configure them under **Settings → Policy** in the dashboard.

For how long recordings and transcripts are kept before deletion, see [Data retention](/api/platform/data-retention) — Voice Agents supports a workspace default plus its own override.
