## Background Audio Skip Sections

Content Studio

You can now silence the original background sound for part of your video. In the dubbing editor, right-click the **Background** lane and choose **Add skip section**, then drag the edges to fit. It saves on its own and applies to every language when you export. Voice-only audio exports are not affected. Each project can have up to 50 skip sections. See [Editing a Dub](/creative-dubbing-edit).
